Concert promotion is a huge part for any rock show. There are many different ways to advertise for a show nowadays via internet social networking, word-of-mouth, or radio advertising; but none are more important than the physical flyers/posters. A good flyer can determine whether or not a person comes to the show, so it is important that crucial information be provided in a clear, but also creative manner.

For this collection, I used various programs to create many designs to help the bands not only draw in people, but make them money. If a flyer is done well, the viewer will know who is playing, where it is at, and how much it will be. These are very determining factors in whether someone will attend or not.

You only have a few seconds to grab the viewer's attention, so I focus on strong alignments to direct their eyes through the information and present only what they need to know in regards to the particular show. Pictures were altered in Photoshop, while some illustrative elements and text were layed out in Illustrator, and some used both programs and were combined into InDesign or Quark to add final alignment or type touches.
